Easter Trees, and other decorating ideas
We can’t quite believe it either, but Easter is just around the corner! What better way to build some egg-citement and create memories than decorating your home with spring shades and furry faces? We have lots of ideas to brighten the whole house, from Easter trees to fun crafting projects for all ages and adorable decorations to add a special touch to every surface. But first, we’re seen this trend taking off lately and we love it…
O Easter tree, O Easter tree
Christmas is over, but your tree hasn’t stopped bringing joy for the year. Pop your Christmas tree back up and layering it with colourful Easter-themed decorations and seasonal colours, like subtle pastels and faux flowers for a fresh, spring aesthetic or go all out with bright colours, pom poms and DIY decs galore. If you don’t fancy heading into the attic and getting the Christmas tree down, try a smaller tree - faux or real – for a hint of Easter fun. To help get you started, we have plenty of wonderful hanging decorations to choose from online, including the classic Easter eggs, bunnies, chicks and more, and you can easily incorporate a handmade spin to your look too. This is a great way to keep the kids entertained and get them involved in the Easter buzz, whether they’re making colourful paperchains or little Easter buddies out of recycled tissue rolls, pom poms and paint.
Put a spring in every surface
If a decorated tree isn’t enough or it isn’t your style, there are other ways to make your home inviting for the Easter bunny. No matter the size of your space or the aesthetic you’re looking for, there are options to bring the festivities to life, add a talking point or just be beautiful in time for spring. Our embroidered Easter hand towels, rabbit planter, rocking Easter bunny or sheep, and our rabbit plates will all add little touches to each room.
After a rollercoaster year spent mostly at home, we’re all about celebrating the small stuff, so if you can’t be bothered crafting and decorating, adding a bright bunch of flowers will do the job too. We recommend real or faux Easter favourites like daffodils or tulips for maximum spring vibes.
