    1. The prize draw is open to all UK residents aged 18 or over (except colleagues of the Promoter and its affiliate companies and their immediate families, agencies and anyone professionally connected with the promotion).

    How to enter:

    2. There is no purchase necessary to enter the prize draw. To enter you must complete a valid product review and enter a valid email address. Once your review has been received (including your email address) you will automatically be entered into the prize draw.

    3. Each product review that is published gives one entry into the prize draw. Only one review will be accepted per person for each product purchased. The submission of a product review is subject to our Customer Ratings and Reviews Terms of Use, a copy of which can be found on the review submission form. Access to the internet and a valid email address are required to enter.

    4. Reviews which include use of profanities and/or unacceptable language, unpublishable images, use of urls, spam or generally inappropriate content and reviews focused on service rather than the product it was left on will not be considered valid, and the Promoter reserves the right to exclude such reviews from the draw.

    5. A prize draw will be held each month. The entry period for each prize draw will end at midnight on the last day of each calendar month. Any product reviews received after midnight will be entered into the prize draw for the following month.

    Selection and prize details

    6. After the end of each month, a winner for that month will be drawn at random. The odds of winning depend upon the total number of eligible entries received. The draw will take place within forty-eight (48) hours of the month end.  The winner will be notified that they have won by email and the winner must claim the prize by responding to this email within  four (4) weeks. If no response is received from the winner after four (4) weeks, the Promoter reserves the right to withdraw that winner’s prize and a new winner will be randomly selected and contacted.

    7. There will be one winner every month.

    8.  The winner will receive a £250 promotional voucher code to use on Dunelm.com which

    • can be redeemed against the basket value;
    • cannot be used in conjunction with any other promotion code;
    • cannot be used against any applicable delivery cost; and
    • must use the full value of the voucher in a single transaction.

    Any unused balance on the code will be lost. To use the code against a Click & Collect order, the basket value must be at least £251 in order to proceed to checkout. The winners will receive their promotional code within thirty (30) days of claiming their prize. The voucher cannot be used in store.  

    9. Prizes are non-negotiable, non-transferable, non-refundable and cannot be exchanged for any cash alternatives, in whole or in part.

    Other terms:

    10. The Promoter reserves the right at any time, in its absolute discretion, to:

    • amend, terminate or temporarily suspend this promotion if, in its absolute discretion, it considers it necessary to do so or due to circumstances beyond its reasonable control. The Promoter shall not exercise this right unreasonably and will use reasonable endeavours to minimise the effect on participants to avoid disappointment.
    • exclude any entries which it believes to be fraudulent, offensive, obscene or based on misconduct and  or disqualify any entrant found to be abusing or tampering with the operation of the promotion or who the Promoter believes to have acted in breach of these terms and conditions;
    • verify the eligibility of any entrant (including their age); and
    • disqualify entrants who do not give correct contact details or those who make an entry on someone else's behalf.

    11. The Promoter cannot guarantee continuous, uninterrupted or secure access to the promotion or its website and is not responsible for any disruption to the promotion or its website due to technical problems or otherwise. The Promoter accepts no responsibility or liability for  any problems entrants may have in entering the prize draw, or for entries which are unsuccessful, incomplete, incorrectly submitted, delayed or late, damaged, corrupted or misdirected.

    12. To the fullest extent permitted by law, the Promoter excludes liability for any losses, damages or claims incurred by any person in connection with the promotion or receipt or misuse of any prize.

    13. This promotion and these terms are governed by English law and are subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the English Courts.

    14. Entrants are deemed to have accepted these terms and conditions by participating in this prize draw.

    Data Protection and Publicity

    1. Your personal data will be held and processed by the Promoter only for the purpose of administering this promotion, informing winners, prize fulfilment and publicising the winners in accordance with these terms and conditions. If you do not provide your personal data, the Promoter cannot process your entry, enter you into the promotion or notify you if you are successful in accordance with its obligations under these terms and conditions.

    2. By entering the prize draw, entrants agree that, if they win a prize, their name and county location (in the format ‘Maria W, Nottingham’) may be used by the Promoter in or on its social media pages, websites, advertising, or marketing material referencing the prize draw. The winner may be asked to participate in publicity as may be reasonably required by the  Promoter.

    3. The Promoter will not disclose or share your personal data with any third party other than those who are engaged by the Promoter to administer the prize draw and fulfil the prizes.

    4. Participants' personal details from their entry to the prize draw will be collected, stored and processed by the Promoter in accordance with the Promoter’s privacy policy.     • The Discount Code cannot be redeemed instore and cannot be used to purchase any gift cards.    

    How to Redeem   

    • To redeem the Discount Code, the customer must enter the Discount Code at the checkout when purchasing product(s) from Dunelm.com.

    • Selected customers will receive a barcode voucher for one free slice of cake in one of the Promoter’s Pausa cafés. The barcode voucher will be shown on the relevant Promotion Email. 
    • The barcode voucher must be redeemed at the Pausa café till at any participating Dunelm stores between the date of the Promotion Email and the use-by date shown within the Promotion Email (inclusive) by showing it to a Pausa café colleague for verification.

    • The Discount will be offered to a selection of customers who have made a purchase using a valid student discount card or Student Beans account in one of the Promoter’s stores between 16 August 2024 and 17 September 2024 (inclusive) and elected to receive a paper receipt.  The Discount will be shown on the paper receipt for the relevant transaction (the “Qualifying Receipt”).  
    • The Discount cannot be used against the purchase that resulted in receiving the Qualifying Receipt.  The Discount cannot be used on orders placed on the Promoter’s website or for multiple transactions.  The Discount cannot be redeemed using any of the self serve checkouts in the Promoter’s stores.    

    How to Redeem  

    • To redeem the Discount, the customer must show the Qualifying Receipt at the till when they pay.

    • The Discount will be offered to a selection of customers who have made a purchase in one of the Promoter’s stores between 23 October 2024 and 31 October 2024 (inclusive) and elected to receive a paper receipt.  The Discount will be shown on the paper receipt for the relevant transaction (the “Qualifying Receipt”).  

     

    • The Discount cannot be used against the purchase that resulted in receiving the Qualifying Receipt.  The Discount cannot be used on orders placed on the Promoter’s website or for multiple transactions.  The Discount cannot be redeemed using any of the self serve checkouts in the Promoter’s stores.

    How to Redeem       

    • To redeem the offer, the customer must visit www.dunelm.com, add one or more full price Qualifying Products into their basket and enter the Discount Code where prompted on the basket page.    

       

    • The Discount Code cannot be used in-store or at a Dunelm store’s MPOS system.   

       

    • This Discount Code is redeemable until 11.59pm on 18th November 2024 (“End Date”) and will expire after the End Date.    

       

    Exclusions   

       

    • The Discount Code cannot be used in Dunelm stores and is applicable to Qualifying Products only.  Stock levels may decrease during the promotion and your desired Qualified Products may not be available. Delivery charges are not included in the offer and the promotion cannot be applied to products other than Qualifying Products.    

         

    • A maximum of 10 (ten) Qualifying Products may be ordered per participant.   

         

    • The discount offered via this Discount Code may not be exchanged for cash and is non-transferable, non-negotiable and non-refundable. The Discount Code cannot be used in conjunction with any other offer or deal, including colleague discount and cashback claims through any Promoter affiliate publishers.
