If the item is available in store it will be ready to collect from 2 hours after the order is placed. If the order is not available in store it will arrive between 1-5 days after the order is placed.
Please do not go to collect your order until you have been told that it is ready, you’ll receive a ready to collect message from us when your order is ready to be collected.
Yes, you will need to share the order confirmation or the ready to collect email/ text with them to verify the order.
Check your junk folder to see if you can find the email, if not you can bring photo ID that matches the payment name on the order.
You have up to 7 days to collect your order. After this time, the order will be expire and a refund will be issued within 3-5 days.
Some items are not eligible as the weight and size is too large or they are provided by one of our suppliers who ship directly to you.
Wait 7 days until the order expires and your refund will be processed automatically, this does not affect your statutory rights.

If you cannot collect your order within the collection window the order will expire, and you will have to repurchase online.
Return to any Dunelm store and a colleague at the till will assist you.

If your order is picked in store it will not be packaged but you can buy a bag at the till if you need one. If your order is sent from the warehouse, it will be packaged.
