The innovative Aeroglide non-stick coating consists of a base layer and durable abrasion layers and the 3-layer coating is 3x stronger than standard non-stick coatings. The Aeroglide coating provides superior food release, is easy to clean after use and is dishwasher safe. A heat resistant exterior coating improves safety. The pan is oven safe up to 170C for 40 minutes, allowing for versatility & expansion of recipe ideas. All SmartStart pans are free from harmful chemicals such as PFOA, Lead and Cadmium.
