This adorable animal crate can be customised with a personal touch, including two message lines, each allowing up to 10 characters, and two additional message lines, each accommodating up to 25 characters. Please also note that these keepsake boxes are hand-painted and made from natural wood, which may result in slight imperfections or grooves on the surface. The sturdy metal clasp and hinges ensure the safety of your cherished keepsakes.

How to personalise your product:

1. Place your order
2. You will receive an email from dunelm@personalisedmemento.co.uk within 1 hour to add your personalised message. If not received, please check your junk folder.
3. Once received, follow the link within the email.
4. Type your message into the fields on screen and click on the preview button to review the personalisation.
5. Once checked and happy, click submit.
6. Production of the order will commence.

Please note:

• The content on a personalised product will be produced exactly as you enter it, including spelling and capitalisation. Please ensure that all details, especially the personalised text, are correct before clicking submit.
• Accents, special characters and emojis are not accepted.
• Once the personalisation has been submitted, the order cannot be amended or cancelled.If the personalisation is not submitted within 3 days, the order will be automatically cancelled.
