Natural History Museum x Dunelm
The House Sparrow Cushion is part of the ‘Birds’ Collection. From our familiar garden friends to more exotic species from tropical lands, birds are all around us. They live on every continent, in every type of habitat and can be as different as the hummingbird and the penguin. This collection pays homage to some of the wonderful birds that reside in the UK, some well-known species that we might overlook in our daily lives, and yet they are incredible in their own right. From the house sparrow and grey partridge to the fieldfare and turtle dove, many of these species are under threat or in decline so it is crucial that we act to protect their habitats.
