Crafted from a sateen cotton rich woven fabric, the duvet has a high 350 thread count density which gives the duvet an extremely soft touch feeling. The Dream Duvet is filled with a synthetic material that is a supremely soft touch alternative to a down filled duvet. Being filled with synthetic material also allows the duvet to have a luxurious fill but remains light to lift. The Dorma Dream Duvet is durable and machine washable too.
