The Citrus Lemon tree thrives in the warmer seasons, so can be placed outside in the warmer months of summer. Whilst this plant likes warm conditions, central heating is not ideal for the Lemon Tree as it's too dry and lacks humidity, leading to a stressed plant. The fruits of your labour will indeed be rewarded with lemons, and also fragrant flowers which bloom from spring to autumn. And as for the all-important question – yes, these lemons are edible!
