Crafted from anodised aluminium, this wok is scratch resistant while being resistant to high temperatures to be able to conduct heat quickly and evenly. The flat base allows more contact between the grill and the wok. Sloping sides help to stir and toss food quickly and easily. Small holes allow an element of charring, causing a smokey flavour to pass through the food and release a mixture of juices and fats. This wok is fantastic for juicy tiger prawns, tender fish pieces, chunks of meat and poultry as well as vegetables and more. This all creates a combo of authentic stir fries with a barbecue taste.
