How do I download the app?
You can download the Dunelm app from the App Store or Google Play Store – just search for Dunelm.
Is the app available on both iOS and Android?
The app is currently available on iOS. Android will be coming soon.
Do I need to create an account to use the Dunelm app?
When you open the Dunelm app, you’ll be asked if you want to sign in or create an account. You can skip that step and check out as a guest if you like. We’d recommend creating an account so you can unlock exclusive app features.
I already have a Dunelm.com account. Can I use it on the app?
Yes – you can use your Dunelm.com login details on the Dunelm app, too.
Can I save products to come back to at a later date?
Yes – when you’re signed in to your account on the Dunelm app, you can save your favourite products to look at later.
